A size chart is given on every product page. We request you to read it thoroughly before ordering.

All your products are handmade with the utmost love and care. In this process, only the finest grade of fabrics are used and the products go through 5 layers of quality inspection before dispatch.

Machine wash can cause the delicate work of your zardozi outfit to open up, therefore, we recommend a professional dry clean for your handcrafted outfit.

No, we do not offer any product customisations, we have standard designs and sizes.

PAYMENT, SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

At BOZ, we accept online payments and CASH ON DELIVERY for orders under INR 7000. You can make online payments using credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, wallets etc. through our payment gateway.

Usually, orders are dispatched within 2-4 working days of the customer placing the order. This depends on the availability of the product and delays caused due to other unusual circumstances.

We currently don’t have a live tracking option available on the website but we request you to wait until your parcel is dispatched within the above mentioned time frame. If your enquiry is urgent, please email us on info@blouseofzardozi.com and one of our team members will get in touch with you at the earliest.

We ship all our domestic orders via renowned services such as Delivery and Blue-dart. We do ship worldwide, and all our International orders are shipped via DHL.

We ship all your pieces together as soon as they are ready. Incase you receive only part shipment, please reach out to us on info@blouseofzardozi.com and our customer care team will look into it as soon as possible.

If you’d like to  make changes to existing details in the order such as your size, delivery address or phone number, please reach us at info@blouseofzardozi.com with the subject “Order Number + Revised information”. We will facilitate the same if it hasn’t been shipped.

EXCHANGE, REFUND AND CANCELLATIONS

Item is eligible for a return/exchange request only once. Reverse pickups are either arranged by us or customer will have to ship the parcel to us at the following address:

Item that are unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and retaining the original tags are eligible for return within 24 hours  from the date of delivery. No cancellations will be accepted after 24 hours of the order being placed. For more information, please refer to our return & exchange policy.
